In the Final Fantasy 7 universe, the planet is divided into two things- the physical hunk of rock orbiting the sun, and the force within said hunk of rock that provides life to all those living things, like plants, microbes, animals, humans etc.
This lifeforce is called the Lifestream, and the Lifestream is where all souls and spirits and whatnot goes when they die, only to eventually be regurgitated out into new lifeforms. All is fine and dandy, yes? Only the Lifestream have these defense mechanisms, which are gigantic crystalline laser dragons that awaken when too much crap is going down. These dragons will generally kill off the stuff that's hurting the planet and then go back to sleep while the planet recovers it's energy.
HOWEVER- when the planet is so badly polluted/ravaged and the Lifestream is brought too much out of balance, the Lifestream will give rise to a being that will kill everything. Plants, microbes, animals, sentient creatures, eeeeverything, so that their lifeforce can go into the Lifestream and give it power to disconnect from the planet and soar out into space in search for a new world to inhabit, leaving the planet itself a barren rock. Due to hilariously complicated circumstances, Vincent Valentine is host to that being. It has made him ageless, but not technically immortal, just really hard to kill. And as long as outside forces do not kill him, he will remain the avatar of the Death of All That Lives, which will essentially make him the last living creature.
So to summarize- he would ping as the Death of Worlds, more or less. I leave it up to you if Earth will be pinged by this since Vincent isn't actually FROM Earth.

However, her race is a cousin cousin of humans called Cetra, that are empathic with their Planet (capital P), and presumably other planets too. They hear its "voice" and were able to work with the Planet to call life up in barren lands- it sounds kind of like they teraformed their own Planet? They might have been an alien race that move from one planet to another doing this, but that's apparently a disputed translation and all I can find with a firm answer is a fan-wiki page that cites no sources so lol idk I DIGRESS.
While she has been in camp, she's been hearing the voice of this planet, though just in case of situations like this, mostly she's only been the voice of the land that makes up Camp. Her other magical hippie alien powers include makes the plants grow, having better than average intuitive/empathic understanding of the natural world around her and this one one time after she got shanked to death she lead/took control of/lol idefk'ed her entire Planet's collective life force to use as a weapon against a giant meteor that was about to smash into it.
ETA: Reading more of your stuff, I should add in that the reason for said meteor is long and complicated, but it was basically humanity's fault for sucking really hard. The meteor itself was due to them being stupid with SCIENCE!!! and cloning an alien godbitch virus called Jenova that likes to destroy planets, but even besides that, the Planet was already close to dying due to humanity's general treatment of it. The plot device that Aeris activates to fight off Jenova was intended to eliminate "everything the Planet sees as a threat." Some characters thought it possible that this could include humanity. Aeris never gets the chance to talk to anyone about it that we see on screen, but it is my interpretation that she knew that this was a possible outcome when she asked her Planet for the power to do it. The original ending of the game leaves it very, very ambiguous over whether or not humanity survives, though subsequent sequels have made it clear that most of them did, though the world's a bit post-apocalyptic.

She's especially sensitive compared to other earthbenders because she's always been listening to it and relying on it to see.
I have no idea how to translate this into play. OH WELL WE CAN ALWAYS PLAY THIS BY EAR o7

Don's got access to the powers of all previous sentai teams. His main affinity is the greens/blacks of other teams, though he can use any colour. Some of those greens in particular have an earth affinity, such as ShinkenGreen (who's in camp and is wonderful!
So he can use their abilities, and while he's not as experienced a user as they are, he still does have access to what they can do, what they can sense.
